  • 1/2 cup chilled cooked cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric, optional*
  • |Toppings (Optional):
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut or shaved fresh coconut
  • 1 tbsp toasted sliced unsalted almonds
  1. To a blender or food processor, add all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice.
