Grilled Cheese Pizza Sandwich

Snack

  • Slices of Bread --- ( I made some for myself using Gluten Free Bread ( worked great) )
  • Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Fresh Basil- cut very fine
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Butter
  1. Generously butter one side of the slices of bread.
  2. Place 1 Tablespoon of Pizza Sauce on each slice of bread.
  3. Place Cheese, Pepperoni, and Basil
  4. Make a Sandwich by putting the two slices together.
  5. Place sandwich on a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook till cheese has melted - make sure to flip the sandwich.
  7. Enjoy!
